OKLAHOMA CITY - The Classen SAS athletic department announced the hiring of Jackson Witt as the new Boys Cross-Country head coach on Wednesday.

Coach Witt is an OKCPS educator that has a passion for all things running - from his personal career as an endurance athlete, to training those who are just experiencing the sport for the first time.

Witt comes from Southeast High School where he served as the Boys Golf coach this past Spring. He was named the ACAC Boys Golf Coach of the Year in OKCPS.

A follower of Christ, a husband, and a father to three beautiful children are the things that define Coach witt's character and attitude in everything he does.

"I cannot wait to start coaching the Classen SAS XC team this Summer/Fall." said Witt. "This program has rich tradition of competing at the highest level across the state, and I look forward to helping propel this program going forward."
