OKLAHOMA CITY - The Classen SAS athletic department announced the hiring of Jenna Hild as the new POM head coach on Tuesday.

“I’m so excited to be joining the Classen SAS Athletics Team!" said Hild in her introductory meeting on Tuesday. "I'm really looking forward to seeing everything that the program has to offer and impacting all of the student-athletes each and everyday!"

Hild is a native of Durant, Oklahoma as she attended Oklahoma City University where she earned a bachelor degree of music in musical theatre. She was a member of the OCU Pom Squad for four years where she became a two-time National Dance Champion in Team Performance and Hip-Hop. She is also a two-time All-American Dancer with the NAIA.

Since graduating, she performed in multiple productions around the United States before returning to Oklahoma City where she has been teaching at Ascend Dance Studios in multiple styles. She helps grow their Musical Theatre program in that role.
